Is our data safe? Will it train the AI?
On commercial Claude plans your content is not used to train models by default, and we put that in writing with links to Anthropic's own policy. Your files and email stay stored in your own systems; the Brain reads them through secure connections under each person's own login, and your questions are processed by Anthropic under commercial terms. Nothing is copied into a new database, so if you cancel, everything is exactly where it always was.
We already use ChatGPT. Why this?
Free chat tools know nothing about your business, your quotes or your clients, and whatever staff paste in is unmanaged. The Brain is your knowledge, your permissions, your tone, with a policy around it.
What if we cancel?
Everything keeps working. Your Claude subscription is yours, your data was never anywhere else, and the playbooks and documentation are handed over at week five.
Our files are a mess. Does that matter?
